Where is BRBN Experiences located?

We are based in Louisville, Kentucky. We operate custom tours in the entire state. Pickup is also available in Lexington, Frankfort, and Bardstown.

Which tour would you recommend?

The BRBN Experience is all about YOU and YOUR group. There are multiple options and all have unique tours and tastings. The BRBN ticket concierge will work directly with you to plan an exceptional experience.

What is included in a BRBN custom
private tour? How much does it cost?

Our custom tours typically include visits to three distilleries, with time built in for a relaxed lunch at a local restaurant. The average cost is $250 per person, which includes all concierge planning, door-to-door transportation (from your home, hotel, or rental), bottled water, and the guidace from a friendly, knowledgeable BRBN Experiences Tour Leader!

Please note that distillery tickets are not included in the concierge price and are billed at cost.

Since our tours are personally curated, having an engaging and entertaining conversation enhances your experience. We always attempt to respond to requests for information from a BRBN Experiences Tour Coordinator within 24 hours or less.

How far in advance should
we book with BRBN Experiences?

We recommend at least 3-4 months ahead of your planned visit to enable us to secure tickets for the more popular distilleries. Shorter advance booking can be accommodated depending on the season and desired tour days (weekends are the busiest).

What do I wear and bring?

Most Importantly - If you plan on participating in a tour or tasting, you must bring a valid form of identification.

The dress code is "bourbon enthusiast casual," but some distilleries may require closed-toe footwear. The tours frequently include an outdoor component so watch the weather and pack accordingly.

You are encouraged to bring your favorite snacks and beverages. We will provide coolers, ice, and water; however, open alcoholic beverages aren't allowed on distillery properties. Please be aware of any food allergies in your group.

What type of vehicle
will be used for our tours?

Groups of 1-14 will be in a well maintained BRBN sedan, SUV, or Sprinter van. For groups larger than 15 we will be utilizing an executive motor coach. We offer many vehicle options that are designed to meet your budget and style.

Do the distilleries offer bourbon
or specialty cocktails on-site?

Quite a few distilleries have bars that proudly feature their bourbon products and specialty cocktails on-site for a market-based price. We can facilitate time in your tour day to experience and enjoy this unique opportunity.

Where will we have
that relaxing and enjoyable lunch?

We partner with wonderful nearby restaurants that feature local and regional artisan culinary specialties (and most likely a well-stocked bar with Kentucky's favorites). Please let us know in the tour planning process if you have special restaurant requests or dietary restrictions for your group.

Can I bring children or pets?

Kids are welcome as long as the distilleries allow them access. Due to allergies and logistics, pets are not encouraged except for service animals. Obviously, both of these must be agreeable to your group.

Can I tip my tour leader?

In order to support and show gratitude to our professional BRBN Tour Leaders, you will have the option on your final invoice to include a gratuity.

Please consider their importance to your group's BRBN Experience and provide as appropriate. Alternative tip options can be discussed with the Tour Leader at the conclusion of your day.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel fourteen (14) days before the scheduled tour date, we will refund seventy-five percent (75%) of your deposit. The remaining amount will cover the cost of our concierge ticketing service, bank service fees, plus any non-refundable tour fees from the distilleries/horse farms.

Fourteen (14) days before your scheduled tour date we will contact you to review and confirm all tour details.

We will process your payment for the remaining tour balance including the ticketing expense at the end of the tour day.

The final tour balance payment will be non-refundable.
